1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions. Please note the following:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: If you cancel a monthly subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the subsequent billing cycle, but you will not receive a prorated refund for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
  • Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the subsequent billing cycle, but you will not receive a prorated refund for the remainder of the current billing cycle.

1.2 Free Trial

If you are using a free trial and decide to cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and you will be charged according to the subscription plan you selected.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our services, and these issues cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Billing Errors: If you are charged in error, we will issue a refund for the incorrect charge.

2.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided for the following:

  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about using our services after purchase, we do not provide refunds.
  • Partial Use: If you have partially used a subscription period and decide to cancel, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion.
  • Violation of Terms: If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for a refund.

2.3 Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at hello@chatveda.com Include your account details, the reason for the refund request, and any relevant supporting documentation. Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

3. Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Changes to Cancellation & Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” at the top will be updated. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
